Mr. Elkins was very friendly over the phone and offered to review the trust and answer my questions for no charge for 30 minutes of his time. After contacting multiple other attorney’s who were charging a very expensive rate, I thought I’d try it out. I met Mr. Elkins at his office and he was very informative and humorous.
