As our relationship grew through our social activities, I had a chance to view him in a non-work environment on many occasions. In my opinion, this is when you can discover the true character of an individual, when their guard is down. Mr. Osborn passed all my tests. 1 /5 Ricky Sierra: Me and my wife went in to this office last Friday to see if I have a case. I was bit by a dog at work on the job. I was not going to leave a review but I feel I have to because of the bad client service we received. I entered the office and it sounded like they had a party going on upstairs everyone was laughing. The lady comes down and asks how I can help you, I let her know what I was there for than she began to take my information as I was explaining my story of what happen on the day of my injury a gentleman came down didnt introduced himself and said sorry to interrupt but I have to get these guys outta here its Friday. 1st of all it was friday and 3pm when this happen if payroll was that bad why even open. Second I was not flirting or trying to get to know the lady I was simply explaing my story its not my fault that the lady was slow at typing and gathering the information. Lastly if you are trying to save time and it was running out why are you laughing and giggly upstairs like come on you couldve just closed the business. I asked the lady who it was and it was the lawyer. Very unprofessional and I never went back or answer there call because of this experience. Again I was not going to leave a review but I feel like I had. I would never recommend going to this office for help.
