5 /5 Lindsey Beasley: Dominick Welch is an amazing Attorney and human being. I haven’t been represented by Mr. Welch personally, but have been by my best friends side the entire time she has been in a horrible custody battle. I have attended multiple meetings with her and have gone to many court proceedings. Mr. Welch has guided my friend through this horrific experience, provided advice, and has made himself available day and night. He doesn’t treat clients like “just another case,” he treats them as if they are family or a close friend. Mr. Welch truly cares about his clients and does his absolute best to ensure that the court receives a full picture of facts, evidence and of course bases his testimony on the law.
Recently, my friend was facing more than 10 charges of contempt, and Mr. Welch conducted himself in such a professional, educated manner, worked tirelessly to prove that his client was completely innocent. He stuck to the facts, successfully presented them to the court, and because of his hard work, he was able to lead the judge to find his client innocent of all charges! This was a huge victory because she was facing jail, major fines, her career and overall well being.
I can’t speak highly enough about Mr. Welch. There are so many attorneys out there who just see dollar signs, and milk clients for everything they have. He is not one of those. He has integrity, he’s honest, he’s hard working, and knows the Judicial system. He is friendly, yet direct.
