The quote she gave us was significantly cheaper than what I was paying with AAA insurance! We did everything over the phone and it was quick and easy! He makes it clear how proud he is working with State Farm and the high level of service and integrity the company represents. Most insurance companies today do not have someone like Randy that works with you individually...you call and who knows who you will be working with that particular day. Randy makes every effort to get to know you and make sure that he is available for personal service when needed. That is so valuable these days especially! Simone Tanelli On Jan 9, two days after the Eaton fire disaster, while I was hearing from colleagues and friends about awful cancellation notices sent by greedy or unprepared insurance companies, I received only one email from Farmer’s: “were you affected by the wildfire? We’re here to help”. Now, THAT is proper insurance company behavior. Appreciated well beyond any penny pinching criterion. I have recommended Farmer’s to anyone who asked since.
