Finding that out took 5 months as the drivers insurance dragged their feet. I was referred to Adam by another lawyer my spouse works with to get help. They explained a lot of misconceptions I had about using my auto insurances uninsured motorist coverage in this accident (The main one being that my rates would increase which they did not). However, if you need someone to fight hard for you, shell do a great job. John Dougherty Punctual with with free zoom consultation. My vibe was that he knew estate law, it seemed like he had a strong and professional presence. I’ve not met him in person and we chatted for 25 minutes. But I like him and get the sense he would be a good litigator if needed. One small oddity however was when I called the number found on google, the receptionist said there was only person in the firm. When I talked to the attorney it seems larger. Perhaps an answering service? But got an appointment same day and was professional.
