Laurel Mark and Dalton are the epitome of superior eminence when it comes to the “Insurance business” -in all aspects; they are always there with a smile to guide me through any questions I may have(from healthcare/life to auto and beyond), quick to respond and willing to go the extra mile for their clients without hesitation. Many of my friends and family have switched over to them after seeing the quality of service I have received first hand. Tim We have an earthquake insurance with Arrowhead and have had good experiences with the company reps. When we did a retrofit they first wouldnt allow for a discount because we couldnt prove according to their clauses that the whole house was retrofitted. But when I showed the city permit they approved it anyway. So finally a company who can read between the lines of their own policy.
