1 /5 Cindy Hernandez: Got insurance on a car here that I eventually attempted to cancel February of 2025, and kept sending me around the loops to different people and different paperwork. Didn’t get canceled till march of 2025 still asking me to pay for the month of Februarys payment. I heard from a lot of people (family included) to never go with Allstate and for sure will NEVER go with them. I suggest you do the same. Horrible company, horrible agents, get you a company who will actually respect you as a client !

I truly appreciate how helpful they are and always go out of their way to help me whenever I have questions or concerns In regards to my policy. I would highly recommend this place for Auto, life and Homeowners they have amazing rates. I am highly satisfied being a client in this Agency.

1 /5 Colten Guinn: Lack of care for customers. I’ve been using Allstate for a few years now and I always thought I had a good price on insurance but the price just kept going up. I thought that it was okay because that usually happens but once I turned 25 I was hoping my insurance would drop at least a bit in price but instead it continued to soar. I asked representatives why my rate is going up when it’s expected to drop and everyone I spoke to said they had no idea. My driving record is clean. I’ve had my license for a long time and I don’t drive more than the average person. But despite all this when I turn 25 there will be no drop in price for my age like one would assume and they couldn’t tell me why. When I told them I got quotes from other insurances that were around $130 less than what I’d be paying at Allstate per month they just asked that I call them to cancel my premium. There was absolutely no care in whether or not I was a customer let alone a loyal one.

2 /5 Miles Low: The main insurance agent I was assigned to had horrible communication and forgot a lot. I talked with someone once that was very helpful, that was not my agent, but due to my main agent not being with it I was overall unimpressed. Also, motorcycle insurance was ridiculously expensive. I was able to get on auto, renters, and motorcycle with AAA for the price they were willing to do the motorcycle alone - and the motorcycle is cheaper than my car with AAA where it would have been double with Allstate.
