R R So happy to come across Tower Insurance recently after days of researching on my own for a new home Renters policy. When contacting Tower, I was directly assisted by Tonie Kirksey. She listened and gave detailed quotes that also included additional coverages that are not always included when shopping on your own. Being assisted by a broker can be very helpful to receive your best policy options and price points as they can look across various insurance companies and options to meet your personal needs. We were able to immediately obtain a new Renters policy, and decided to add on Earthquake insurance, both policies all for for a competitive price. I’m saving $150 a year on my home insurance, and the coverage I have now is better. The customer service staff is super helpful and friendly as well. I’ve called the billing department to pay my bill and every time I speak with someone it’s so professional and you can tell they have a smile on their face by hearing their voices. I’d rather have insurance with a small company, where I know they care about their customers vs a huge company that just looks at you like another dollar bill. Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Windell Jones My wife and had insurance for years with another agent. During my initial conversation with Jay he wouldn’t sell me a policy as the costs were higher with him than in my current situation. Jay didn’t forget us, checking in regularly, not enough to bug, but enough to let me know that he was remembered us and was working for our business. I’m guessing about 14 months after my inquiry, Jay was able to provide policies for our home and two vehicles. He offered several different payment options, but as the pricing had significant saving versus my current policies, I was able to select the annual payment option .
