1 /5 M Kennedy: they want you to call everytime you make a car payment otherwise they send you a late payment letter. And you have to pay cash only thru bank of america in person. No online or thru phone its a pain. And they always give you attitude when you call. Horrible experience

1 /5 Nancy Lynn: Bought a 7000 car. Put 2000 down. The car dealership was wonderful as they gave you a 90 day warranty. The car only had 70,000 miles on it . The check engine light was on . They fixed it 4 differant times where a loaner car was necessary. Every time I dropped it I said if this happens that...I want a different car. Finally problem solved. Dealership are superb ..fantastic wonderful people. I was in the hospital for real...* check the glove box...bi high finance jewelry but hospital bills) and called them immediately. She si.ply said Too Bad. If its not in our bank tonight ...sorry . It was after 11 am...saturday...b of a closed at 1. My bad. I called all morning today no answer. But i got a call from a guy who mumbled something...car I look out and they took my car. The guy had no business card. Didnt report to police. Told me red line towing in Pomona. When its Ontario. No answer. No way to get my car. No legal ramifications. Im on legit disability and paid for additional coverage. They made a mess for me for now. But i can come back strong stupid.
