Tamara Fox I was relieved to find emergency loans that were approved quickly after my car broke down without warning. I received the money quickly enough to have my car fixed that same day, and it seemed like the company recognized how urgent my situation was.

PROVIDENCE Majesty Doll This is a very nice place but the manager needs to work on her customer service skills. When I arrived I was standing in line and unfortunately Reyna had to help me, and instead she said "You need to go to the sitting area where someone will help you as soon as they can." Pointing to the sitting area I walked over, sat there, watched Reyna help 3 other customers and aproximately 20 minutes later I got up and tried talking to the Supervisor but she was in a meeting. Long story short I bounced back and forth until finally Reyna sat with us in one of the back desks. Only to leave again to wash her hands and made us wait another 7minutes!! By now we had been in the bank too long and finally just to tell us she couldnt help us because I needed A 3rd identification after SHE SAID all I needed was my social and ID. It waS a total waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Watch out when you go there because they might think you are a Bouncing ball.
