4 /5 Udo Chris (shoeman23): Very nice shop owner went in with nice pieces of solid gold jewelry and a diamond ring. Did I get what my gold was worth? The answer is no, but the offer was a fair 1, my gold was not scraps nor was my ring all lightly used chains and pendants that could be cleaned and resold and that was not taken into account at all just strictly how much does the gold weigh, what is gold going for today, and then offer about 70% of what the weight in gold is. Considering some places will truly rob you i appreciated that the offer was at least not a slap in the face and he was very informative in his approach. Short changed me on my ring until he realized it was a 1ct real diamond, then reevaluated the offer. In short if u have broken jewelry or scraps of jewelry this 1 of your best options to try, if you’re jewelry is like new and you’d like a true evaluation of your jewelry this may not be the first stop to make but definitely should be on your list.

He also will teach you quite a bit if you care to listen, the man is extremely knowledgeable having been in the business for so long. He will patiently answer any and all questions you have with a smile. You can tell he enjoys his interactions with customers. He encourages you to get other offers before making a decision to sell which actually blew my mind. I never felt pressured at all to hurry and sell, but rather took his offer because it was very fair. His generosity is legendary. This guy is the very definition of salt of the earth, a true gentleman. Thank you Bob for continuing to put out such positive, good energy into the world, your kindness is contagious. I will forever recommend you to anyone looking to have a very easy, relaxed selling experience that you will not regret.
