They follow up immediately and solved and resolved any question or claim we submitted. We had flooding from rain and then about 4 months later flooding again from a faulty valve on a toilet. It was such a mess, but everything was taken care of so quickly and replaced and repaired. Bill and Scott definitely give us peace of mind and truly turned our disasters into a beautiful home again.

C R Progressive unfairly raised my rates after an accident where debris hit the underside of my car on the freeway. They labeled it a collision and said I was at fault—how is that my fault? To make it worse, they never told me about the rate hike or fault decision. When I called, the rep admitted they “forgot” due to switching to digital notices. Totally unprofessional. I’m leaving Progressive and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and even worse communication.

rick adams Always available to help navigate through difficult situations . She was Kind helpful and professional . With 3 young drivers we have has a few bumps and she has been very helpful each time. Her assistants are also fantastic. Love the customer service.
