If you call the number it just tells you the mailbox is full. this has been acceptable for a insurance company do not be responsive

Elaine Bailey I need to renew my registration. I walked inside and gave my name to the greeter to put me in line to be helped. I was called to the counter within a couple minutes. Received my registration and was given a gift of a AAA license plate cover. Winner, Winner Winner! The visit took a total of maybe 10 minutes and that was at 11:45am.
