Geo Tu Mimi and her staff are very experienced, professional, and friendly. They respond quickly via phone and email. When setting up each of our insurance policies, Mimi explained the options well, offered useful information, and made great suggestions without being pushy at all. When I had to file a claim, both the State Farm claims department and Mimis office were all helpful with the entire process. I was able to conveniently submit all necessary documents online, and I received the claims check in a timely manner.
