5 /5 Alan Hennessy: My wife and I have been with Allstate for several years. We came to Allstate after a competing Agency kept raising their rates. Allstate has been a more affordable option. We started with car insurance, and have since added homeowners, earthquake and life insurance. The agents at Lehr are very professional and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. The road service that comes with our auto policy has gotten us out of some stressful situations. We have been very happy with the choice we made in choosing Lehr Allstate.

1 /5 Erin Lynn: Speaking with allstate...they lie.....one person said that my premium would be one thing. But the bill came out different. The past 5 years. They have increase my payment each year by 20 dollars. I have no accidents or any tickets on my records. I had 2 missed payment in the 5 years due to the costs of literally everything going up. The reasons they stated for the increase is due to people using their policies for what insurance is intented for. The representative person said, when I paid my last payment, it would be one thing, they never mentioned it would be more than 350. But now 1160 for 6 months. I dont understand why I was told one thing that I would be able to budget for, then another is sent to me. Why did allstate lie? It. To increase the payments each renewal when your being a good driver on the road.

I dont think, over the course of the years, I have ever had to remind myself to follow up with him on any requests or messages I have left for him! Joe is patient, reliable, knowledgeable and polite! He is like family! The ONLY other person that has the same values and excellent work ethics is his Dad, Lawrence, whom we had the pleasure to work with many years ago!

5 /5 Corrina Morton: I couldnt have gotten through it without Allstates amazing agents! While my fiance was 3,000 miles away from home for a family emergency, the tailgate, wheels, and both catalytic converters were stolen of of our truck! It was such a horrific feeling. Would the truck be totaled because of the high repair cost? Would the expense raise my premiums?? The answer to both was absolutely not. I filled out the claim form online, and Allstate handled the rest!! He was able to get a rental immediately, and our truck was back on the road in no time. I am so thankful that I had Allstate. Even 3,000 miles away from home, they took care of us and our truck! Thank you Allstate!!
