Jim Fimbrez I had heard of One Main Financial, but had never had any person to person communication with them. I will say this, from the person that set an appointment to the, Merced office for me, to the representative that help me get my loan approved, were very curious, with very simple to understand various options & give you answers to any questions you have. They were so kind, they even reached out & went as far as mailing. W/stamp, a bill, I screwed up trying to pay it online. A very relaxing atmosphere, with everyone around that office, will help with any questions or anything, regarding your business there. The representative that helped me, was very efficient along with a easy to understand description of the segments in receiving the loan. Lynn Sturgis We have been customers up here for several years now. We have never had a bad experience at any branch. The Arcata branch (our home branch) staff always has a smile and an answer for any of your banking questions. A manager almost always comes out to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy. We also like their dog of the month program - it lends a personal touch.
