1 /5 Jane Daniels: This woman actually TURNED ME AWAY, a RETURNING CUSTOMER, because I am currently in a different time zone and got the time for a phone call mixed up. This phone call, mind you, that took her several months to make time for when I had prepared her and asked her about it months in advance. I had been nothing but polite to her and her assistant (when I could get a word in edgewise with him... he seems to be all mouth and no mind). Her assistant asked if I could get someone outside of the country to do my taxes instead, which is laughable, and then advised me to call her again at another time which she later get irritated at me for. Personal feelings dont belong in your business, and judging by this womans considerable age, Id have thought she would have learned that by now. I guess not. Every time Ive used her for my taxes she has fubbed me off... even though she claims she "gives all her clients an hour" she has never given me more than 15 minutes. This last time took the cake though. I would have been done with this farce of a business long ago had I not been pressured to return by my mother, who also used her (until now. So thats at least two clients gone). If you are wondering whether to have your taxes done here, honestly-- dont bother. Unless youre some big billing top dog, or whatever she deems "important enough"... she isnt going to treat you like a client. Youll be treated as an extra bit of work that she may or may not get around to... eventually.
