1 /5 Andrew C: I work for a summer business for youth scholarships and weve been working with Wells Fargo banks for years. The person who was supposed to help me have me a hard time (really rude) because she didnt want to count my quarters ($4)! She said that they dont except quarters without the sleeve but I told her we have been doing this for years and dont put less than $10 of quarters in a $10 quarter roll. I ended up going to the other branch and the teller there told me that they get many complaints about the same branch (this branch). Just a heads up

1 /5 DJ Evans: Do not put any money here, these people WILL GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY TO ANYONE AND WONT TELL YOU. its now happened twice with me. Both times I was able to hire a lawyer and get my money back, but both times wells Fargo battled me to not give me any of MY Money back. I have now been battling them for 2 months in this latest nonsense claim and they are still going to keep 125 in legal fees for fighting to not give me back my money. The people who work in this branch are very politeuntil u have a problem... then Armando, Sierra, and the whole upper level group, dont want to help at all.

1 /5 Timothy Spano: One of the worst… almost as bad as BMO / Bank of the West, which is astounding. I was never notified that my debit transaction dispute got cancelled (I bought a plane ticket that I never received, and was unable to get ahold of the airline for a refund). By the time I realized that the provisional credit was reversed with zero explanation or notification, it was already too late to pursue further action. Wells Fargo said I didn’t provide sufficient evidence, however I gave them every single piece of evidence I could provide - a screenshot verifying payment to the airline with the ticket confirmation number included, and another screenshot of the error message that popped up when I tried requesting a refund on the airline website using the same confirmation # provided on the first screenshot. Wells Fargo’s complete lack of competence will directly reflect on your bank account, as it seems they don’t know what sufficient evidence is, nor do they care to follow up with you about needing more information. Be smart. Choose a credit union, or a different bank at the very least.

5 /5 Michael: Amazing experience opening my account at this Wells Fargo! The branch manager Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and my wife and I left extremely satisfied. Best banking experience we’ve ever had highly recommend this location!
