5 /5 Ann Webb: The Talmage branch team Cielo, Jesse,Sergio, Smeeta and Elena are the best staff I have ever dealt with in the banking industry!!!!!!!!! Not only are they the most courteous but the most helpfull with every banking needll!!!!! I have used the banking industry for 35 years for business and this group on Talmage should be used as your model for all your branches!

5 /5 A.B. C.: Always have a good experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. The manager helped with answering all of our questions about our business accounts and personal accounts. I highly recommend this bank. Local banks are better for local economy.

2 /5 Gary Balmain: Well the door signs said open on Saturday which I found convenient but then the doors were locked and nobody came to the entrance so I went around the building to use the kiosk and there were three which again seemed convenient but while sitting in my car waiting for a teller there was a customer speaking to an employee on the kiosk next to mine the customer finished his business and left still no response on the kiosk I was at. After enough time waiting I grew tired of not being helped with my banking and left. So overall not impressed. I dont know why on the front doors there was no information whatsoever indicating to go around the building to the kiosks and then get no response from anybody who works there when you know people are in fact inside. 2 stars might be giving them too much credit honesty
