Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.

I’m saving $150 a year on my home insurance, and the coverage I have now is better. The customer service staff is super helpful and friendly as well. I’ve called the billing department to pay my bill and every time I speak with someone it’s so professional and you can tell they have a smile on their face by hearing their voices. I’d rather have insurance with a small company, where I know they care about their customers vs a huge company that just looks at you like another dollar bill.
