1 /5 Carolina Lins: Andrea sells herself very well. She promises you she will have your back. Once you hire her, she completely changes the way she treats you. She has no bedside manners. I remember one time she called me, screaming and yelling at me that I was taking too much of her time. She said she wasnt going to answer my questions anymore, and that shed only call me once a month to answer all my questions, so Id better write them all down. Halfway through my case, she told me she was training a new girl and that she would be working with me. I asked her if she was going to my hearing, to which she responded, "Of course I will be there. No one is better than me". Turns out she wouldnt show up to my hearing, nor would she answer me anymore about my case. She was trying to gaslight, saying she never said she would go. She has an insulting way of talking to you via text messages. Its almost as if she is doing you a favor! She forgets that she is representing clients who have paid her a lot of money because she is ripping them off. I requested a receipt several months after I signed her contract, since she had never provided one, and she replied, "When I have time, I told you that already." It took her several weeks to give me a receipt. The worst thing I think about her is that she lacks empathy and professionalism. She wouldnt even give me my minutes, which is part of her job that I paid for; she told me to go and book an appointment at the court and order them myself. Overall, she is a terrible lawyer. Avoid stress and do yourself a favor: do not hire her.
