Derrick is Kay’s son and they are always there when you need them! My friends got insurance from them for years and I will def get mine with them in the future!

1 /5 Amberlyn Carlos: Never going here AGAIN Derick the “agent” you all speak highly of made payment arrangement for us i would see negative in my account and would mention. And told me to not worry about it that we made payment arrangements and due to that it was considered cancellation and now we no long can do payment plans put have to pay in full , we were not in good hands and lied too . He emailed me saying this Dear Carlos, Thanks for taking our call today. I 100% agree!! Head office needs to hear our customer feedback. They make it very difficult for us to do business here!! And of course couldn’t help me , they have call recordings on what he told us and nothing, with his hands crossed not even a sorry . I even called Allstate customer service & we’ll see what happens there . He bragged about being in the insurance business but never address our problem and brushed it off. NOT IN GOOD HANDS.
