1 /5 Amberlyn Carlos: Never going here AGAIN Derick the “agent” you all speak highly of made payment arrangement for us i would see negative in my account and would mention. And told me to not worry about it that we made payment arrangements and due to that it was considered cancellation and now we no long can do payment plans put have to pay in full , we were not in good hands and lied too . They make it very difficult for us to do business here!!
And of course couldn’t help me , they have call recordings on what he told us and nothing, with his hands crossed not even a sorry . I even called Allstate customer service & we’ll see what happens there . He bragged about being in the insurance business but never address our problem and brushed it off. NOT IN GOOD HANDS.
