1 /5 Tina Corbin: I have never dealt with such a horrible claims adjuster. Barbara is extremely rude, has no people skills, and wants to get the conversation with you done and over with. She hung up on me without saying anything after she had decided she had all of the information she needed. She will tell you all of the information is incorrect, and leave it at that. She’s not willing to make the process easier for you, she’s not willing to tell you WHAT information she needs, and she’s made it very clear she isn’t paid to be understand and compassionate towards clients.
