We live in San Luis Obispo California and I knew that I wanted an attorney that was local so I got online and that’s when I found Bo Katzakian. So I called and I told them what was going on and what happened to me at my job. Then I got a call from Cesar Silva and we talked and I explained to him what was going on and he told me they he would take my case. Best phone call that I’ve ever made! Cesar has been very patient with me and he explained to me what to expect….to be patient….and do what WC asked of me. Cesar was a God send to me because it’s been over three and a half years and my case got settled today! Cesar and his right-hand man….Francisco was on top of everything. and even though there were times when I felt like WC had me jumping through hoops and to me it seemed like they wanted me to quit… Cesar always talked to me and explained why they were wanting so much and not to give up hope and that we were on this journey together. Cesar always answered my questions and believe me……I had a lot of them. I would recommend Cesar Silva to anyone that’s going through this because he has the knowledge and experience to get you though this part of YOUR journey. I want to say…. Thank you Cesar and because of you I’m in a better place. I still have pain but mentally I’m in a much better place!

David Grubman Passing of a loved one is hard. After you deal with the emotions of it, there is the financial clean up. I had the opportunity to work with Shannon Bio on my dad’s estate. Simple solutions for what I thought was a hard problem. She cleaned up for me the mess created by another law firm (not going to share the other firm name), got immediate closure to the situation and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed working with Shannon. Thank you. I will be going back to her to work on my personal estate planning now that I am done with my fathers’ affairs.

Adam McDonald This is the second time Wendy has represented us. The first time was years ago during a custody battle with my wifes two kids and her ex-husband. It was messy and stressful. We fired our first attorney and hired Wendy. Wendy went in fighting tooth and nail and was able to accurately and thoroughly convey all our concerns and main points to the judge. Thankfully we were able to settle out of court because of Wendys help and drawing up the negotiations and agreement. Brockton James I cant say enough positive things about Cheryl Forbes! She helped me with my estate planning a few months ago, and went above and beyond my expectations! She clearly explained the entire process, answered questions and set up a complete estate package (living trust, pour-over will, healthcare directives, etc.).
