1 /5 Daniel Benton: My experience with Kaspar Lugay was, without question, one of the most disappointing professional experiences I have ever encountered. This firm appears to prioritize maximizing billable hours over genuinely serving their clients best interests. I endured repetitive phone calls covering the same material, unnecessary delays, and an overall lackluster courtroom performance—all of which led to a frustrating and incredibly costly experience. At one point, I explicitly requested that Brent focus on negotiating and finalizing my divorce. Instead, he prolonged the process for another four months, unnecessarily increasing billable hours. When we finally appeared in court, it became painfully clear that my attorney was unprepared and outmatched. He appeared disorganized, disheveled, and was even admonished by the judge for asking repetitive and irrelevant questions. The experience felt like a one-sided defeat before it even began. To make matters worse, despite having my disclosure documents for over a month, Kaspar Lugay only reviewed them the night before the hearing. Their lack of preparation and professionalism was glaring. If you are looking for a firm that will drain your finances while delivering subpar representation, Kaspar Lugay is more than willing to oblige.
