5 /5 Shane: I had an amazing experience at Ks jewelers. Greg was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect necklace for my wife’s birthday. The selection was stunning, with unique, high-quality pieces at fair prices. They even offered complimentary cleaning for my purchase. I’ll definitely be back for more special occasions highly recommend!

1 /5 Samback Up: This jewelry store offers a poor range of merchandise, with limited options that fail to impress. The customer service is also disappointing. Overall, it’s not a place I would recommend for jewelry shopping.

5 /5 Schechter Mickey (Dont Talk Walk): I brought my titanium wedding ring that many people will not touch. I was missing a diamond. They quickly repaired it. When I came back, I brought my wife’s wedding ring and they cleaned it and told me that the stones were loose. They did a beautiful job of cleaning it and tightening all the stones. I didn’t know, but every two years you should bring it in to have it tightened so that you don’t lose the stones. They were great and they did it very quickly.

1 /5 Meribel Goldwin: Appalled. I came for a basic ring cleaning, pearl restringing, and a safety necklace for a bracelet. The first thing the non-gentle man said when he looked at my very pricey bracelet was it doesnt look real. Sir, its more real than pretty much anything in your store. But thats not the point. When I did not want to trust him with repairs after the unprofessionalism I had just been exposed to, and chose to leave, he yelled at me, in the most unprofessional, denigrating, narcissistic demeanor. If I wanted to go to a store and be dehumanized I would go to Hermes. Sir, you are not that.
