5 /5 Dan Weaver: I stopped in for the first time yesterday at this office to open up a new account with Allstate and was treated promptly by Lizette, who I have to say was extraordinary accommodating and understanding. Little things matter to me, and I felt Lizette tailored my auto policy needs perfectly to my budget. Afterwards, Jorge Zayas, the office broker, introduced himself to me, welcomed me, and it was all very genuine. Though lighter in the wallet, I have to admit I walked out a happy camper.

1 /5 J.C. Ceba: BUYERS BEWARE. Zayas All State office employs inexperience and untalented personnel. Most of the times I contacted them I had to leave a voice mail and sometimes I got back a phone call back 48 hours after. This tells me that they are disorganized. The worst part is that for some matters you can’t call the 800 number, they direct you to the local agent. Really? It’s like dealing with two companies for the same policy. That’s a recipe for disaster. The worst part was that they once created the expectation to call me back for something urgent and they never did. Avoid this agent and office at all costs! Go to Nationwide, Geico, AAA, etc. Pesimo servicio. SUper desorganizados y lentos con el servicio. Hable 45 minutos de cerrar para algo urgente y crearon la expectativa que me solucionarian el problema pero solo me dijeron que me hablaron y no hicieron. Mejor vayan a aseguradoras como Nationwide, Geico, AAA, etc.
