5 /5 Daisy Chvz Mndz: What a great place to get several of your DMV services done without the hassle of the actual DMV. I needed to transfer the title for my car and was told I needed a smog check, lucky for me, they have that service in same location! I was able to transfer title and got smog check, registration and sticker in about 30 minutes!! Person helping me was incredibly kind and helpful! Worth every penny of membership and more! Check them out!

3 /5 David Y.: It depends who you deal with. One person here was very helpful, very devoted to understanding the issue, getting to the bottom of it, finding a solution. The others had no interest in the customers dilemma, accepted no responsibility for correcting a problem their agency created. They passed me off to somebody else or simply hung up.

1 /5 L.A. WILSON: Review: Extremely Disappointed with Service I recently visited this location, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, easily worse than any DMV line! The employees clearly noticed they were overwhelmed with customers, yet they still took their sweet time, spending more energy gossiping and laughing with each other than assisting those in line. It felt like just another light day for them, while the rest of us were left waiting and frustrated. As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I never expected to feel this way about a place I’ve relied on for so long. It’s completely disheartening to realize that they don’t seem to value our time at all. I’m seriously reconsidering my options moving forward. I pay monthly for this service, and its disappointing to receive such low-quality support. I hope they can improve their service because right now, it’s simply not acceptable.

4 /5 Artyom Medin: Good location with a lot of parking. Only thing is that they do not accept Debit. You can get your car registration renewed here if youre a member without extra fees. Get insurance or if you want make travel arrangements.

1 /5 Iris Rivas: I was lied to and deceived on my insurance quote I waited 3 weeks to cancel my previous policy even though I double checked to see everything had gone through no reply from the agent. Then I get an additional bill for 400 my State Farm policy was 1100 AAA 1540 why would I switch if I were told the truth ???? Now State Farm won’t take me back and I have to pay an additional $400 thanks for nothing crooks
