I recently visited this location, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, easily worse than any DMV line! The employees clearly noticed they were overwhelmed with customers, yet they still took their sweet time, spending more energy gossiping and laughing with each other than assisting those in line. It felt like just another light day for them, while the rest of us were left waiting and frustrated.
As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I never expected to feel this way about a place I’ve relied on for so long. It’s completely disheartening to realize that they don’t seem to value our time at all. I’m seriously reconsidering my options moving forward. I pay monthly for this service, and its disappointing to receive such low-quality support. I hope they can improve their service because right now, it’s simply not acceptable.
