Allstate kept jacking up our premiums without notice (literally told us "we dont have to give any reasons" when we called) to a point where we were paying almost double at the end 2024 than at the beginning of the year. Came to Jessica Liu Insurance Services since we wanted to support a local business and they seemed to have great reviews on Google. Really glad we did because with Xylia and Jessicas help, we were able to slash our premiums literally 56% of what they were AND our coverage was even more comprehensive and our deductibles lower. The turnaround was so fast -- from walking in, filling out the forms, and having quotes by the next day. They made the process so easy and seamless. Definitely recommend giving them a try if youre fed up with dealing with your car insurance companies. They also help with other forms of insurance (like renters) as well.
