Zoe Bell I recently called and talked to Tre who was informative and helpful. My car insurance premium had been raised and I wanted to know why, and that conversation led to looking at my coverage overall. He said hed follow up by email, and did, and added that hed forgotten to include roadside assistance as an option, and detailed what is covered. An overall great experience. Theyve also hired somebody new named Amanda. This State Farm has been responsive and competent, since David Wong bought it about 3 years ago (I was a customer of the previous person, who retired) and I found Tre to be an outstanding member of the team.

Cindy Malone Will Hand is by far the best Insurance Agent we have ever had! He answers our calls any time of day or even on weekends. We moved out of state so unfortunately he is no longer our agent and hasnt been for over two years but he still helps me out and answers the phone whenever I call! He is amazing!!!! I REALLY wish he was still our agent. He started off as the agent I chose from the yellow pages but has turned out to be the absolute best agent we have ever had. Very personal service. Answers his own phone. Will come to your house to write your policies. He seems to do anything he can to make your life easier!

I have always trusted that he is working in our best interest for policy coverage and costs. Honestly, when our State Farm home insurance was dropped due to fire risk, we scrambled to get coverage, reaching out to many insurance brokers. Hamids take on this was very straight and honest. Bob Baker Treated like Family, Steve Dwight took over from his Father. Im treated like Im part of the family, and they are there to answer my questions. Marlyn the office mgr is spot on with the computer and responds to my sometimes stupid questions, like did I pay my car insurance? If I hadnt she can process a credit card payment then and there without waiting or having to call me back. Ranko Nakamura Bill Wehde and Scott have always been so helpful and so quick to respond to any question, claim or phone call. They follow up immediately and solved and resolved any question or claim we submitted. We had flooding from rain and then about 4 months later flooding again from a faulty valve on a toilet. It was such a mess, but everything was taken care of so quickly and replaced and repaired. Bill and Scott definitely give us peace of mind and truly turned our disasters into a beautiful home again.
