Michael Smith I reached out to Wendy @ Matsen Insurance Brokers with the intent of acquiring a health insurance option for the small business(19 employees) that I work for. To be honest, I didnt even know where to start with my questions. Wendy was knowledgeable and very informative through the whole process. Wendy was very patient and helpful with our questions for the couple months that it took for us to make up our minds on which direction that we wanted to go with the benefit package. Once we finally decided which direction we wanted to go, she had us up and running in LESS THAN two weeks! Multiple employees that had no health coverage at all are now covered under an affordable health plan. The employees that were already enrolled in their own individual health plans now have better benefits that they can use more places at less of a cost per month. The savings are extra big when you account for the fact that she also helped up set up a cafeteria account(section 125) to allow all employees to pay for their(and their families) benefits pre-tax instead of out of their NET income. I was very surprised with how affordable this was for the owner of the business too. It truly made signing up for a plan a no brainer. Everyone at Roys is so grateful for the help we received from Wendy and the Matsen team.

Hitcher 1969 Cant begin to say enough good things about Craig and his team! They have been above and beyond helpful with not only the routine activities of managing my insurance policies, but recently Ive needed to call on their expertise to help me with a storm damage claim to my home. Within less than an hour after contacting his office, Craig was able to meet me at my house and went over the preliminary inspection of damage and got me in contact with the appropriate State Farm adjusters and service providers to mitigate and eventually repair all of the storm damage. Angel Molina Insurance in California is through the roof but this company was very helpful , specially the girl Erika, she was very patient explained everything to me and helped me find a rate I can actually afford !! I was able to get my Tags there too I strongly recommend Greenlight they really do work with you on that first payment check them out !!!

elias Gaytan worst insurance ever they wont explain what your coverages are. we had an accident took for ever to talk to an adjuster make me pay for towing took 3 months for them to get my truck fixed but an get it out of shop because i have to pay 1300 for towing from where i had the accident. not cool at all DONOT GET THESE INSURANCE the worst i ever had..
