AHA! Movement My experience with Agent 2000 has always been amazing, but when I really realized just how good I had it was last month when I was getting ready for an outdoor fundraiser we had been working on for months and it was just days away.
Out of nowhere I received a call from the city I was working with, that the City Attorney had rejected our liability insurance. As you can imagine it threw me into a panic. In the end, it was a no brainer: excellent coverage (same as my previous), with lower premiums, and lower deductibles. The $ typically guides are decisions when it comes to insurance. In my experience, the customer service experience was the added bonus. Theyve even reached out to me on their own accord, to make sure I was pleased with my Allstate experience. This is definitely a top-notch office.
