FNL Amazing service. Needed an office insurance ASAP as we were moving to a new business location and my insurance company was not able to transfer our policy even thought the new and old offices were in the same building. I contacted Robert and Amy and they assisted us to get the a new policy on time. They even coordinated with the building management throughout the process and showed proof we were in compliance with the insurance requirements and able to move in. Michael S I have AAA Auto & Home Insurance. Been with them for 28 years. I continue to be so impressed with them. My daughter has been in two car accidents in the last 2 years and when filing a claim, my experience with AAA has been great. The claims people are very friendly, good communicators, and followed up several times to make sure my daughter got home safely. Because she spun out in the snow, they ended up making it a no-fault claim and did not raise her rates. They reimbursed us for the expensive tow bill from Boulder to CA and according to the body shop that fixed her car, the claims adjuster was easy to deal with (which I am told is not always the case with other insurance companies who try to nickel and dime the claim). As for my AAA home insurance, all my neighbors have seen their rates sky rocket in CA. Mine have stayed the same. Highly recommend AAA.
