5 /5 Estelle Franklin: Mr. Iaccarino and I have a history when he represented me in a dispute with my family over a written agreement. That was over 15 years ago. Fast forward to today. I am a senior and would not wish this on anyone. I own my condo located at the Peninsula Place HOA. Last year the worst possible renter moved in next door. Three months into his lease he began making noise complaints. Six months into his lease he physically assaulted me so I filed an Elder Abuse TRO. In the past five days he has made two unsubstantiated noise complaints against me. Todays was the most recent. Security came knocking at my door at 6:00 a.m. Before reaching out to Mr. Iaccarino I called San Bruno PD; they have a copy of the Elder Abuse TRO. They totally shot me down saying they would not take a report citing it was a civil matter. This was when I reached out to Mr. Iaccarino. I feel fortunate he answered my call. He did a Lexis search on my neighbor as we were on the phone. It gave him a glimpse of the person he was dealing with. Within a short period of time, I was contacted by his associate, Cesar Gomez, with a draft Cease and Desist letter. As a legal secretary, all I can say is wow. It was remarkable to receive such a fast response. If I was the recipient of the letter, I would think twice before making another unfounded noise complaint. It was such a well drafted letter and checked off all the boxes. Most important is that I did not feel alone. As a new "senior" having semi-retired last year, my parents are gone. Oftentimes I feel alone. For the first time I felt as though someone had my back. I cant speak highly enough of Mr. Iaccarino and Cesar Gomez. Thank you for sending such a well-crafted Cease and Desist Letter on such short notice.
