The young lady I spoke with was very professional with a Pleasant demeanor. Due to the quality of the targeted questions I felt I was in good hands with this firm.

5 /5 Carnell Canada: I have been harassed ever since I came back from my medical leave (which was on 3/19/2025), from surgery for a total knee surgery. My Doctor told me that I needed to have a stool or chair to sit down for most of my shift. My job as a Front Desk Agent required standing for 10 hour shifts. Managers would constantly ask me to stand even when there were no customers. They would come and stand behind me to constantly stress me out. I have been the top Customer Service Agent at the front desk for about a year. Most of my time working there I could not get weekends off, or Sundays, so I could go to church. One of my managers named Fernando Hernandez would watch me on the monitors from the back office and tell me to keep my eyes on the front lobby for guests showing up. I have so many customer service position reviews. I was the top Agent of the last quarter from April until June 2025. I also applied for another position in the casino for a Hospitality Host. That position paid 4 dollars more per hour, plus a $2,000 quarterly bonus. I applied for this position three (3) days before I was terminated (approximately). I was never late for work and never missed a day of work for my entire 16 months in the Hotel Department, unless I received PTO. I excelled at my job despite working in a hostile environment.
