Patrick Nguyen Mr. Sette cares for his clients and if you choose to work with this firm, you will see that. A lot of times these cases can drag out for an extended period of time so you may not get frequent updates. That’s okay because I always felt like I can check in at anytime and ask any question. I would always get an email response in a timely manner. I personally felt I have learned a lot from this experience. Kristine Stapleton is definitely the glue of the firm. I highly recommend.

Ayten Meremetci I had the great fortune and pleasure to find and work with Sean Laird on a case I was seeking representation for. I hit the jack pot by shear luck, or a blessing from above, using a Google search for a nursing home lawyer. Sean Laird was straight forward, sharp as they come, and kind to boot! He is not pushy, bossy or arrogant…experiences I have come across more in my particular field generally speaking; having worked with different types of lawyers on cases. So if that has been your experience too, you won’t find it with him. He is excellent at what he does; he’s to the point, guides you if you get ahead of yourself as these cases are emotional, and does so in a balanced approach that you feel valued and part of the team. He is tough in his fight for you and/or your loved one. I have the upmost respect for Sean Laird, with or without a settlement. If I ever had any case or situation, where I needed a lawyer, I would want him to represent me. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, he only tackles cases involving nursing homes- elder care abuse type cases. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I did, I’d want him. If you are in need of this type of lawyer, look no further. He is a gem in a sea of stones. He really is that good. He came through for my mother and I, with an amazing result. I felt my mom was honored and justice served with the outcome he got for us and a strong message to the nursing home administration. Bruce Rivera I went through two lawyers before meeting Mr. Michie. The other two lawyers I dealt with gave me a false positive in which convinced me to follow their advice and spend more money on them. After doing more due diligence on my case and reviewing case laws there was so much uncertainty that I could not trust their word anymore. I met Mr. Michie and discussed everything with him, including the information I was given by my previous attorneys. Mr. Michie was straightforward with me in regards to my case and the California laws.
