Since I was familiar with him, I called and he knew just a team from his office to help me out. Stephen North and his assistant Nicole were at the ready. I explained my situation which I thought was rather unique. I presented my case and he said he’d look into it. He got back to me and said he could do it. The issue I had had to be fully addressed to make it work to a conclusion. I am more than satisfied with his complete work.
