We made substantial changes to better reflect our risk and coverage needs. Everyone in our area is not being renewed: the issue is not specific to State Farm. Catherine took control and helped us navigate the California Fair plan and wraparound insurance. We have a true partner in Catherine: she, and her office, are amazing.
