Over the couple years in particular, after my folks passed away, I went in because I needed to tend to transferring the titles of their cars over. It wasn’t something I was looking forward to by any means, but that day the universe was smiling down on me, as I got called to my window, and met Tosha. She was kind and sympathetic from the start; and she effortlessly guided me through the process. I did exactly what she said, and in a very efficient manner of time, it was all taken care of exactly how she told me it would play out! Ever since, whenever I go back and check in, I always tell them that I’ll wait for Tosha. Regardless of how long the wait may be! Then there’s Jennifer in the travel department. So my 13 year old daughter and I are heading to Europe in a week and a half. I was being unbelievably indecisive over the second leg of our adventure, and then I remembered: I’m a Triple A member. So I took my daughter, went in, met Jennifer; and told her what my problem was. In under an hour she had a full itinerary drafted for us. And it was literally perfect! I told her I didn’t want to see any other options. We both loved what she came up with and wanted to rock it! Thank you to these wonderful ladies, Tosha and Jennifer Ullrich, that always make my time at the Automobile Club of America absolutely seamless and smooth!
