I was assigned to a Coordinator, Crystal. She is AMAZING, kind, empathic and patient. At times, she has allowed me to vent during this stressful time. Crystal is my right hand with everything. I do not have to worry about exhausting phone calls with the insurance companies, dealing with appointment scheduling, managing receipts/expenses. She handles it all for me.
