5 /5 Ron T: I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Mr. Bridgman, an attorney I consulted after facing some significant frustrations with other legal representatives. After receiving a demand letter from Kaisheng Yang, which wrongfully accused my wife, our entity, and me of a fabricated debt exceeding $150K, I was feeling quite stressed. I had consulted several attorneys before, but they left me feeling disappointed. Fortunately, I found Mr. Bridgman. He was the only attorney willing to talk to me directly over the phone, asking the right questions to provide genuine legal advice. He thoroughly reviewed the demand letter—instead of trying to extract money from me or asking for a retainer, he clearly explained that the statute of limitations had long passed, meaning there was no case against me. Mr. Bridgman’s honesty and expertise were refreshing during such a difficult time, and I believe he could help others in similar situations. 2 /5 Nuny A: Im disappointed in the way my particular case was handled. Of course in the beginning Bruce spoke of how they were there to help me, he seemed compassionate, but at the end of the day it was about the money they didnt have to do much to get. The day I was contacted by this firm my house had been auctioned even though I had/have an open home retention application appeal opened. I was notified via an alert that it was sold at the same time my phone is ringing off the hook so to speak. I happened to answer the phone and a Chris was on the line. I dont know why but speaking to him didnt make me want to hang up. I agreed to speak to the attorney Bruce who seemed like he wanted to help me out after finding out what had just occurred and told me to send all my documents because it sounded like I have a good case. In our initial conversation talking about the unlawful foreclosure and the surplus funds Bruce stated if they dont win I dont pay. That day a notary was sent so that I could sign a retainer. I began sending the requested documents and waited for a response; however some days went by and nothing. I then requested a phone conversation with Bruce, he seemed to just talk over me and said to give him time and no none of the questions I had were answered. I gave him the time and inquired again about my unlawful foreclosure case. Due to me not getting anywhere in verbal conversation I chose to mske sure my communications were in writing and communicated via email. I received a response via email telling me I now had to provide a retainer for the unlawful foreclosure. Very frustrated and confused I responded letting the firm know they were only going to handle the surplus funds. Im not a stupid person but I have never had to deal with anything like this so I had alot of questions and to be quite honest they picked and chose which to answer. As the client I didnt get the feel, even though Im very understanding that they were fighting for me at all. Even in wrapping this case Im now facing a similar situation as the cash for keys. First let me say that my check was not received as promised (your word matters), upon asking how it was sent no one ever responded, when I did receive the check I deposited the same day. Initially some of the funds were suppose to be available today however my bank alerted me that there was a hold placed on the entire amount so I called and was informed by the banker that due to unusual activity on the check writers account there was an investigation initiated. As you can imagine Im disappointed and frustrated, this a law firm and I did not expect this issue. Siting unusual activity on a business that according to Peter H., has many clients and was the reason for the delay in responding to my emails. Ive read some of the other reviews and was like what happened to the service they were providing to me, because I felt like I had to beg and fight for them to represent me. I would suggest you actually go in to meet the attorney and staff before hiring them or any law firm, people say alot over the phone, but the up close and look into someones face while theyre talking makes a difference. After the experience I had and this check issue Im having with Bruce C. Brigmans firm I wouldnt recommend. I will update after the check clears or the investigation is completed. Update: check still hasnt cleared but this update is on how this situation has been handled. As I stated I notified the office via email regarding the flag on the check. I received a response from Peter saying the head accounting was out until Monday. Ok. Today is Wednesday and I have not heard anything from them whether to acknowledge there was an issue or not with the item. Please understand I get the process of depositing a large check; however being given a funds available date upon deposit, then being alerted later there is a complete hold due to suspicious activity on the account it was written thats the issue. Again its a law firm that does business daily how are your checks being flagged for suspicious activity?

I knew he had my best interests and was going to give me the best representation I could find. And he did! He saved my freaking house!!! Words cant express how great full I am to Bruce and Stephen too. Always calling me with up dates. Even when there were none. First night of restful sleep I had was after speaking with them.
