My case wasn’t easy and he kept me calm every step of the way. I’m glad I went with Bill. The process was long but kept me out of jail. My Family and I are extremely thankful for Bill & Cathy for always answering my questions even if they weren’t important, and for all the support they’ve gave us through out the entire case. 5 /5 Alyssa Layne: Mr. Weinburg is simply fantastic. He fought hard on my case for over a year & the outcome certainly paid off. As a paralegal myself, I was so worried about how my charge could affect my career, but he negotiated my felony down to a misdemeanor (with no fines/community service/any other obligations) & generously offered to file the petition to seal on my behalf when the time comes. I also highly respect that he’s always either available to take your call or if he’s occupied he’ll return your call shortly after (working in the legal field, there’s a lot of attorneys who wouldn’t show that effort). If I could give him more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

5 /5 Anita Lewis: I highly recommend Bill Weinberg. He is transparent, honest, and hard working. I am a teacher, and last year I was arrested for suspicion of DUI although I had not been drinking or taking illegal/illicit drugs. I was working three jobs and overtired. I was stressing and getting from one job to another but drove too tired. I drove badly and dangerously which I will never do again. When I got to my work, I parked and noticed someone had followed me. Then the police showed up. I was given a sobriety test and failed the physical part because I was too tired. I had no alcohol or other drugs in my system with the exception of my anti seizure medication. I made a bad decision. I went to jail and was released on my own recognizance. I was terrified. I could have lost everything, so I began calling attorneys. The first several attorneys I called made promises I knew they couldnt keep or they said they were taking it right to trial which I knew would be a gamble. I have been on the victims end of the justice system so I know that going to trial just not always guarantee justice. Then I called Bill. He was honest with possible outcomes and what everything would cost. He broke his fees down to manageable amounts, and he worked diligently for me and got my case DISMISSED!!! He is awesome, and I look forward to working with him again next year to have this arrest VOIDED!!
