After talking to friends, I decided to start looking for new options, and that’s when I came across this company. From the first phone call, I felt a difference. The agent was super friendly and actually took the time to ask about my driving habits and what kind of coverage I needed. I commute to work in downtown Oakland, so I spend a lot of time driving on the 880 and 580 freeways. Everything was handled quickly, and they even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. It’s rare to find that kind of personal service with a bigger insurance company, and I’m honestly so relieved I switched. I feel like I’m in good hands now, and I’ve already recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.

I have had the pleasure of working with them all, my regular gal is Danielle and she is absolutely amazing. I have dealt with many companies over the years and never have received such service.
