Recently, a massive conversion caused consternation and the team, especially a VP, were fantastic in leading the way to great success in managing and manipulating the new systems and organizations resulting in absolute ease of online services. I also love to bank in Arcata, although I dearly miss the peeps in the Eureka admin office on Wabash. Everyone, without fail, is courteous and charming and laughter is a staple of any visit. This organization, by any name, has been loyal and true to their members, and in my case, has helped me raise, educate and flourish as a parent with two children. Their accounts were established when they were very young, and they are still members in their 40s. Kudos to all the management and staff, and a big THANK YOU for being there. Best! janina

Derek and his team have gone above and beyond in explaining and triple checking every discount available to me and because they care so much about the clients, they have taken a personal interest in lowering my cost. Derek was referred by a friend in that area and he was kind enough to take me on even in another city as I live in Los Angeles They are sympathetic due to this hard economic climate and do everything in their power to make it affordable so I will be protected in these times of SUE HAPPY. I do not want to risk losing my home or going broke for some crooked bandit to leave me without the proper coverage. I will now look into a life insurance policy as I would hate to be kicked out of my home if something should happen to my husband because I could not now afford to pay the mortgage without my husbands part and this really worries me as we all have to check out sooner or later and I dont want to live my older age on the streets.
