1 /5 Kartik Kapadia: Absolutely the worst insurance agent out there with the worst customer service. Reached out to get a quote for a rental property and i was told i would get a quote in few minutes. 2 days later, i followed up but no response. Again followed up a few days later then got a response with a quote that you can just find online in a minute for a non agent based company. The quote was so high which was almost 3 times my existing premium and they claimed it was an excellent deal. There was no due diligence done in getting multiple quotes or comparison to get the best deal for the customer.
