Kyle Miller I tried to cancel my homeowners policy after selling the house in April 2019. Last week I received a collection notice from the insurance carrier. I have had an ongoing conversation since I requested the cancellation in early May. Almost ever document they requested had to be sent a second time. When I called the owner to get help, he wouldnt listen to me and placed all the blame on me. When I tried to explain that I had sent all requested documents already and that his assistant had mishandled the cancellation, he wouldnt listen and said the only way he could help me was if I resend all documents. I contacted Travelers and solved the issue with one phone call. I would never do business with Pyorre Insurance again. They do not understand Customer Service.
