David Grubman Passing of a loved one is hard. After you deal with the emotions of it, there is the financial clean up. I had the opportunity to work with Shannon Bio on my dad’s estate. Simple solutions for what I thought was a hard problem. She cleaned up for me the mess created by another law firm (not going to share the other firm name), got immediate closure to the situation and was an absolute pleasure to work with. David Longoria Wow! What a humble person this is. If you dont know Mr. Labiak you should get to know him. I spoke with Mr. Labiak over the phone trying to get help with my situation and he went above and beyond, out of the kindness of his heart. He took the time to hear me out and help me. Ive called a number of firms and not one showed me the same attentiveness as Mr. Labiak. He was referred to me by a friend and now I know why. Midway through the process, I was able to afford better and reached out to a local Facebook group for family law recommendations and found Hills Law Group. I met with Max and Stacy and immediately I wished I had been able to go with them from the beginning. It was night and day (I guess you get what you pay for). Stacy and the team were always available, explained things very well, and helped me to wrap it up as expeditiously as possible. They were willing to fight for me, if thats what I wanted, but were forthright about how it could likely go. They were so helpful in planning my course of action. While I hope to never need them again, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone going through child custody issues. They treat you like a person and that they care, whereas Ive spoken with more expensive ones (and less expensive ones) that were very curt and didnt show much empathy/ compassion towards one of the hardest times in my life.
