Paul’s expertise far exceeded anything I had found by Googling, reviewing California State landlord-tenant laws, or asking questions of landlord-tenant attorneys on the Internet. After our consultation, I left with a clear plan for how to proceed with my issue. Paul also provided me with clarity on what to do if things should get worse with the property owners.
