We’ve always heard good things about his family law practice but we learned recently that he also does personal injury law. Unfortunately, we were hit by a drunk driver, who himself was immediately killed in the accident. We had some pretty serious injuries and our car was destroyed. At first, we tried l to get things paid and taken care of without a lawyer and the insurance company stalled and even ignored us. Right when we called Brent, the case was finally taken seriously and it quickly settled. Brent Peterson and his staff were super on top of it and made it happen. Thanks again Brent.

While our situation was pretty simple, I found Brent to be incredibly genuine and personable in what I would consider a very awkward line of business. Brent really showed a level of human connection that I think is pretty rare, let alone in the practice of law. He balanced our situation perfectly. Towards the end of our mediation, I hand delivered paperwork to Brent for the final preparation of our paperwork and he took time out of his schedule to sit down to discuss the final papers and to also ask me how Im doing on a personal level. I was hesitant to share anything more than just my paperwork and the facts, but i found my conversation time with Brent to be very insightful and sincere. Fortunately, my wife and I ultimately reconciled our differences and have not had to complete our paperwork, but should anyone i know have to experience such a thing in life, i would highly recommend Brent as a human being, and a lawyer.

His assistant, Miguel and the receptionist Sonja were some of the nicest people I’ve met. Mr. Peterson took the time to listen to us and answer all our questions.
