Personable, but always professional. Listening skills requisite with the profession, but anticipates aspects of issues that might not be apparent at first pass, and advises alternatives to consider. Counsel work product often appears with references to actual relevant statutes, which has in my experience assisted in rapidly achieving conclusions or consensus in complex, potentially contentious, or narrowly defined legal matters. After several legal gyrations/delaying tactics, the property owners, the property management company, and their respective insurance carriers agreed to an expensive legal settlement, that was very favorable to us.
